10 Tropicana Industrial Park in Iskandar Malaysia 20 December 2021 Set to spur economic growth in the Southern Region, the 1,188 acres Tropicana Industrial Park was unveiled with an official groundbreaking ceremony in Iskandar Malaysia, Johor. Tropicana’s first Industrial Park was officiated by the Johor Menteri Besar YB Dato’ Hasni Mohammad. Positioned as the only centralised industrial park in the district, Tropicana Industrial Park consists of eight phases with plots of land between one and three acres ready for sale to light and medium industries. 8 Vacant Possession at Tropicana Aman & Tropicana Metropark February and April 2021 Tropicana delivered vacant possession (“VP”) at two of its signature townships: 1.
