6 Tropicana FreeDOM Campaign 4 August 2021 In tandem with the huge success of our Tropicana 10-TEN’s campaign in 2020, Tropicana 100 campaign was introduced in 2021. Tropicana 100 campaign offered buyers 100% returns on booking fees, 100% interest-free flexibility, 100% legal fees borne, 100% furnishing, 100% financing as well as 100% additional referral rewards. Singing to the 100 tunes, the first 100 lucky purchasers were also rewarded with furnishing vouchers. With these irresistible offers, this campaign outperformed despite market challenges. Tropicana FreeDOM campaign was also introduced for Tropicana’s completed properties across Malaysia. This campaign offers big savings for completed commercial and residential developments in Klang Valley, Penang, Johor, and Kota Kinabalu. 7 Tropicana 100 Xtended Campaign 23 September 2021 Following the success of the Tropicana 100 campaign, Tropicana 100 campaignwas extended for another 100 days. Aptly named Tropicana 100 Xtended, the campaign ran until the end of December 2021 offering buyers 100% returns on booking, 100% interest-free flexibility, 100% legal fees borne, 100% furnishing, 100% financing as well as 100% additional referral rewards. In addition, 10 lucky draw winners walked away with 1000% returns on their bookings, which is up to RM50,000 each. 5 T.Living - Tropicana first home personalisation series 5 July 2021 Tropicana launched its first bespoke home personalisation series called T.Living. Appealing to the homeowners’ mandate of “Your Home, Your Choice”, T.Living embodies the spirit of a curated home experience with an added sense of belonging. This bespoke solution is currently catered for Tropicana Aman’s Freesia Residences but will be expanded to other developments soon. T.Living offers customised choices ranging from colour palettes of walls and floorings, and sanitary ware fitting designs to home security systems, and Smart Home features. 4 Tropicana Gardens Mall is one of five PPV centres for vaccine drive 30 June 2021 In its aim to flatten the COVID-19 curve, Tropicana pledged its support to the Government’s efforts to make the National COVID-19 Immunisation Programme (“PICK”) a success. From 1 July 2021 to 30 September 2021, Tropicana Gardens Mall Convention Centre played host as one of the large vaccination centres (“PPV”) for the Program Vaksin Selangor (“SelVax”). Tropicana received glowing reviews from satisfied applicants who have registered and took their vaccines at the centre. Tropicana has also deployed all team members throughout Malaysia to promote this national vaccination exercise through offline and online platforms. To ensure Tropicana is a conducive and safe place to live, work and prosper, Tropicana also pledged for 100% vaccination across all Tropicana ecosystem.
