Our Founder, Tan Sri Dato Tan Chee Sing, continues to be a key driver in endorsing initiatives that are beyond charitable needs such as causes that support improved living standards and promote environmental stewardship. In recent years, Tropicana Foundation has been reinvigorated to broaden the scope of corporate social responsibility (“CSR”), enhancing the spirit of giving while also being cognisant of the needs of the community by conducting initiatives that serve to improve the livelihood of society in the long term. This renewed drive has led the Group to contribute over RM3.6 million in FY2021. In the coming years, we continue to work towards aligning Tropicana Foundation’s value chain to ESG parameters in hopes of creating an all-encompassing foundation that not only focuses on charitable donations, but include social and environmental parameters that impact the community.
