The MKH Group is engaged in the following main business segments:
a) Property development and construction - This segment includes property development, building and civil works contracting.
b) Plantation - This segment includes oil palm cultivation. The Group has 18,388 hectares of oil palm plantation land in Kalimantan, Indonesia.
c) Hotel and property investment - This segment includes hotel business and property investment and management. The Group’s hotel and property investment segment comprises of two shopping complexes, namely Plaza Metro Kajang and Metro Point Complex, a 3-star hotel, office blocks, four parcels of commercial land leased to hypermarkets and fast-food restaurants, stratified offices, shop lots, car park bays and  Rafflesia International School, all located within the prime areas of Kajang-Semenyih and Kuala Lumpur.
d) Trading - This segment includes trading in building materials and household related products and general trading.
e) Manufacturing - This segment includes furniture manufacturing.

The Group’s performance continues to be driven mainly by the property development and construction segment, and its oil palm plantation segment.
