We are committed towards the prevention of incidents that may result in injury or loss of life. A robust HSE framework is key to keeping our people and our organisation safe from financial, operational, reputational and legal ramifications. Yinson’s Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality (“HSSEQ”) Department continues to make improvements to strengthen our overall OHS. Management approach HSE governance Our Senior Management oversees Yinson’s HSE governance and ensures its effective implementation. HSE performance and initiatives are submitted to Senior Management on a monthly basis. We have in place a Health & Safety Policy which sets out the highest standards in HSE. We are committed to safeguarding the health and safety of all within our operations while minimising the environmental impact arising from our operations. We aim to have zero health and safety issues across our assets. In line with our efforts to inculcate a ‘Culture of Safety’, Yinson adopts an integrated HSE Management System which sets out procedures for identifying, analysing, evaluating and managing requirements according to HSE and quality standards. Our HSE Management System aligns with industry guidelines and standards such as the International Safety Management (“ISM”) Code, International Ship and Port Security (“ISPS”) Code, as well as meeting the standards of our certifications for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. Yinson’s HSE Management System covers YP’s offshore and onshore employees and contractors. Operationalising HSE All our contractors are covered by the same HSE principles, procedures and targets adopted by our employees.
