11 Bringing Christmas cheers to 50 children 15 December 2021 Tropicana Foundation brought some early Christmas cheers to 50 children and their guardians from three welfare homes in the Klang Valley through a scrumptious Christmas Luncheon spread prepared by some of the finest chefs from one of the Group’s subsidiaries, Tropicana Golf & Country Resort. The three homes that were invited to this Christmas Luncheon at Tropicana Gardens Mall in Tropicana Indah were the Lighthouse Children Welfare Home Association, Pusat Jagaan Persatuan Kanak-Kanak Trinity, and Rumah Charis. This is the second year the Tropicana Foundation has organised this Christmas Luncheon for underprivileged children. 12 Christmas Donations 28 December 2021 Through its Buggy of Joy charity drive, Tropicana Foundation successfully raised dozens of daily necessities for underprivileged homes. The four children’s homes that received assorted dry food packs, toys, and books are: 1. Lighthouse Children Welfare Home Association 2. Pusat Jagaan Persatuan Kanak-Kanak Trinity 3. Rumah Charis 4. Yayasan Sunbeams Home 13 Flood relief assistance 28 December 2021 Tropicana Foundation offered flood relief assistance to the flood victims in Bentong, Selangor, and Kuala Lumpur. Through its Buggy of Joy donation drive, Tropicana Foundation donated to four NGOs an assortment of aid such as blankets, pillows, towels, dry food packs, and bottled mineral water: 1. Yayasan Setia Negara 2. Pusat Khidmat Rakyat Penyelaras Ampang 3. Bentong Relief Squad 4. #MariBantu flood volunteers 10 Thai Odyssey supports Tropicana’s Buggy of Joy 10 December 2021 Thai Odyssey contributed 1,250 bottles of Aroma Bath Gels worth RM25,000 to Tropicana Foundation’s Buggy of Joy donation drive.
