Dato’ Tan Sin Keat [Dato’ Tan], Plastic Industries Sdn. Bhd. and still serves as the Executive Director.

Dato’ Tan has more than 20 years experiences in the extrusion industry and is currently responsible for the product and business development aspect of the Group. His skill, knowledge and experience in various areas of polyvinyl chloride (“PVC”) extrusion business, including machinery fabrication and colour matching, contributed immensely to the growth of the Group.

He does not hold any directorships in any other public companies and listed issuers.

Malaysian, 47 years old, Male

Mr. Ng Chee Wai [Mr. Ng], of Accountants of Malaysia. He is a Chartered Accountant of Malaysian Institute of Accountants and Certified Public Accountant of The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountant.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Management Studies major in Accounting from University of Waikato, New Zealand. He was with PriceWaterhouseCoopers before joined Scanwolf Plastic Industries Sdn. Bhd. in 2005 as an Accountant and was subsequently promoted to Financial Controller in 2014 and Chief Financial Officer of Scanwolf Group on 28 November 2017.

In 2007, he was involved in the Initial Public Offering exercise of Scanwolf Corporation Berhad. He oversees all financial matters and holds the responsibility for establishing and executing on the Company’s strategy.

He is a member of the Share Issuance Scheme Committee.

Dato’ Cheong Chen Khan [Dato’ Cheong], 2021 and redesignated to Executive Director on 5 November 2021.

Dato’ Cheong graduated from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom, with Bachelor of Science degree in Plant Biotechnology. Dato’ Cheong has been involved in an array of business activities since 2007. He started his career by assisting his family business which is involved in the manufacturing, distribution and export of plastic packaging. In 2013, he ventures into the consumer goods and manufacturing industry by establishing his own company in Malaysia and China.

Dato’ Cheong is also the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Actcelerate International Group Limited, a company listed on the National Stock Exchange of Australia.

He is a member of the Share Issuance Scheme Committee.

He is also a director and shareholder of several other private limited companies in Malaysia.

Mr Eddy Seah Ley Hong [Mr Eddy Seah], have graduated from University of Leeds, U.K. with Bachelor of Engineering.

Mr. Eddy Seah is an accomplished business leader with a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Leeds, U.K. He returned to Malaysia in 2013, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and international perspective.

His early career highlights a pivotal role as a Director at Speed Concrete Industries Sdn. Bhd., a premier pre-cast concrete manufacturer in Malaysia. In this capacity, which he has held since May 2013, Mr. Eddy Seah demonstrated exemplary leadership, significantly elevating the company's performance and growing the company revenue and profit.

In November 2015, Mr. Eddy Seah demonstrated remarkable entrepreneurial prowess with the establishment of Fixus Construction Sdn. Bhd., a dynamic entity specializing in building and infrastructure construction, as well as the maintenance of buildings and infrastructure throughout Malaysia. Several successful flood mitigation projects were also completed under his leadership.

Mr. Eddy Seah entrepreneurial vision has also led him to expand his business interests into diverse industries including manufacturing of purification products, training, and food and beverages.

Mr. Khoo Kien Hoe [Mr. Khoo], 2021.

Mr. Khoo graduated with a Diploma in Commerce (Financial Accounting) from TAR College in 1995 and obtained a professional qualification in accounting from the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA). He is the fellow member of ACCA and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. Mr. Khoo served as Audit Senior at Peter Chong & Co. from December 1995 to March 1997 and Audit Senior at KPMG from April 1997 to January 2000. He was a Finance Manager at Ins Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. from 2001 to 2003. Currently, he is a Managing Director of Bizguide Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd and an Independent Non-Executive Director of Sunzen Biotech Berhad.

He is the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, and Share Issuance Scheme Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.

Mr. Lim Kian Huat [Mr. Lim], with a major in Entrepreneur from Beijing Entrepreneur Course.

Mr. Lim has more than 13 years of experience in property related industries. Mr. Lim is currently the Director of Promo Heights Development Sdn Bhd and Greatcal Construction Sdn Bhd. Mr. Lim had played an instrumental role in the company for all the project involved.

Being an entrepreneur, Mr. Lim had in the past ventured into other industries such as plantation and aquaculture. Apart from Mr. Lim involvement in property related industries, Mr. Lim is also involved in the logistics business and mattress manufacturing business.

He is the Chairman of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee and Audit and Risk Management Committee.

Miss Lee Pei Fen have obtained her Master of Business Administration from University of Sunderland, Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Abertay University, and Systematic Advanced Diploma in Marketing from SEGi College Kuala Lumpur.

She was currently working as Sales and Operation Director, EMB Empress (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. Besides, previously she was Sales Manager (Senior Manager) in Suzukacoat (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd from February 2015 to October 2016; Branch Manager (Malaysia Region) in Batch Technologies Sdn Bhd / Batch Technologies Pte Ltd (Singapore HQ) from October 2013 to January 2015; Sales Manager (Manager) in TA Furniture Industries Sdn Bhd from December 2011 to November 2012; Sales Manager (Manager) in HLB Projects Sdn Bhd from 2009 to 2011; and worked in Carl F Asia Regional Office (Dline Asia Regional Office) from January 2006 to March 2009.

She is the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee, Audit and Risk Management, and Share Issuarance Scheme Committee.

Mr Victor Teoh Wei Loong [Mr Victor Teoh] has graduated from University of Malaya with Bachelor of Law (Hons) Malaya

Mr. Victor Teoh read law and obtained his LL.B Degree with Honours from University of Malaya and was admitted and enrolled to the High Court of Malaya as Advocate & Solicitor on 30th April 2010. He is the Managing Partner of Messrs Victor Teoh & Chew.

During his practice, he has handled various contentious and non-contentious litigation matters. Besides, he has experience in dealing and advising bank and financial institutions on loan and security documents as well as real property transactions. Throughout his practice as well, Mr. Victor Teoh has been involved in a wide range of civil litigation and corporate conveyancing matters.

He was the President for Junior Chamber International Kuala Lumpur Mandarin in 2018.

In 2022, he was appointed as the Commissioner for Oaths by the Chief Justice of the Federal Court.

Currently, he is also the legal advisor for various Non-Governmental Organizations namely The Selangor & Kuala Lumpur Teo Chew Association, Chinese Entrepreneurs Association Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, and The Bird Nests Chamber of Commerce of Malaysia.
