Chief Project Officer

Mr. Isaac Chua Aik Kiang graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.

He began his career in 2000 as a Test Engineer at Geonamic (M) Sdn Bhd before venturing into the consulting services industry in 2001 with PC Geo Management Sdn Bhd, where he was involved in design work and site supervision. In 2004, he joined UEM Builders Bhd as a Senior Project Engineer, further strengthening his expertise in construction. In 2008, he joined Mahajaya Berhad as a Project Manager, marking the start of his career in the property development industry. He subsequently joined OCR Land Holdings Sdn Bhd as a Project Manager in 2010. Over the past 13 years with OCR, he has progressed steadily in his career and was promoted to Chief Project Officer on 1 January 2023.

Throughout his twenty-six (26) years’ career, he has been involved in land acquisition, feasibility studies, project management and property management. He has successfully completed more than fifteen (15) projects ranging from residential to mixed developments. In 2016, he was appointed as an Adjudicator on the panel of the Asian International Arbitration Centre. He was also registered as a Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers in 2019.

Presently, Mr. Chua does not hold any directorships in any public companies.

He has no family relationship with any other Director and/ or major shareholders of the Company nor any conflict of interest or potential conflict of interest, including interest in any competing business with the Group.

Chief Strategy Officer

Ms. Ong Kuan Yuen (Yan) holds a Master of Science in Construction Contract Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.

She began her career in 2003 as a Quantity Surveyor with Mitraland Group, a company in the property development industry, and progressed steadily over the next 22 years within the organisation. In 2016, she was promoted to Deputy General Manager in the Property Division, where she oversaw property development projects from planning through execution, ensuring regulatory compliance, timely delivery, and adherence to budget and quality standards. She was subsequently transferred to the Sales & Marketing Department and appointed as General Manager in 2022. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing overall Sales & Marketing operations and leading the team in developing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility. On 17 November 2025, she joined OCR Group Berhad as Chief Strategy Officer.

Throughout her twenty-three (23) years’ career, Ms. Yan has gained extensive experience in project management, sales and marketing, leasing and cost & contract management. She has successfully completed more than ten (10) projects, ranging from residential, industrial to commercial developments. She currently serves as a sub-committee member of REHDA Selangor.

Financial Controller

Mr. Gan Wee Kun joined OCR Group on 5 January 2026. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Multimedia University and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

He began his career in the audit industry, serving clients across various sectors including property development, manufacturing, logistics, travel, agriculture, trading, and pharmaceuticals. He later transitioned into commercial finance and accounting, where he further developed his expertise across multiple industries such as property development, construction, food & beverage, retail, trading, and family attractions.

With over fifteen (15) years’ of experience in financial management, Mr. Gan has held leadership roles in driving financial strategy and organisational performance. Throughout his professional career, he has demonstrated strong expertise in financial management, investment management, as well as business strategy and development.

General Manager of Sales & Marketing

Mr. Ng Chin Yung joined the Company as General Manager of Sales & Marketing on 20 June 2018.

He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Mr. Ng began his career in 1997 as a Sales and Marketing Executive with PJD Group Berhad (“PJD”). After ten (10) years with the company, he was promoted to Assistant General Manager. During his tenure, he successfully planned, strategised and launched more than forty (40) projects, ranging from fully integrated 1,000- acre townships to commercial developments such as industrial parks and shopping malls, as well as residential developments ranging from resort-style properties to luxury residences across Klang Valley, Johor Bahru, Penang, Ipoh, Malacca, Kedah and Pahang.

Mr. Ng views challenges as opportunities to enhance his skillset and has built a solid track record of over sixteen (16) years in the property sector, including involvement in projects in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Dubai and Japan. In 2013, he left PJD and joined Leadmont Group as General Manager, where he was involved in the sales and marketing, credit administration and leasing business segments.
