Lee Yeng Ling (Catherine)

Chief Financial Officer
Lee Yeng Ling (Catherine), a Malaysian female aged 46, is Chief Financial Officer of our Group. She is a graduate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom, and holds fellowship status with ACCA. She is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

Prior to her tenure at Taghill, Catherine accumulated extensive experience as an Accountant, having worked with both multinational corporations and publicly listed companies across diverse sectors, including heavy machinery, retail, and services. Her professional journey includes key roles at Multico, a global leader in equipment solutions Tomei Consolidated Berhad, a prominent local public listed entity on Bursa Malaysia's main market; and Voir Group, a leading player in the fashion retail industry. This wide-ranging exposure has equipped her with a comprehensive skill set, making her an invaluable asset to Taghill's management team as the company continues its growth and strives to meet its financial objectives.

Catherine joined Taghill Projects Sdn Bhd in 2019, bringing with her nearly two decades of expertise in accounting and financial management. As the Head of Finance, she is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, cash flow management, and compliance functions. Her strategic guidance in financial matters has been pivotal in steering the company's financial direction, ensuring adherence to industry best practices, and enhancing operational efficiency. Her leadership has been instrumental in strengthening Taghill's financial position, contributing to its long-term resilience and sustained growth.

Tan Hing Hoo

Head – Contract
Tan Hing Hoo, Head of the Contract Department at Taghill Group, has been a pivotal member of the team since 2018. With a Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Nottingham Trent University, UK, he brings a wealth of experience in contract and cost management, specializing in complex construction and engineering contracts. His responsibilities include overseeing contract procurement, managing project costs, and advising on contract execution to ensure successful project outcomes.

Tan began his career in 1998 as a Quantity Surveyor at Sutomo & Associates before moving to work with several main contractors, including Domain Resources Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary of Malton Berhad), M+W Hightech Projects (M) Sdn Bhd, and Hiti Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd. Throughout these roles, he managed contract administration on prominent projects such as the Pavilion Damansara Heights mixed-development, Q-Cells Cyberjaya solar panel plant, and Western Digital Penang semiconductor plant.

With extensive expertise in Design & Build and EPCM (Engineering, Procurement Construction Management) contracts, Tan is highly skilled in overseeing complex contractual requirements across various project types. His background makes him an invaluable asset to Taghill team as they pursue diverse and challenging projects in the construction sector.

Goh Leng Suat (Ivy)

Senior Manager Contract
Goh Leng Suat (Ivy), the Senior Contract Manager at Taghill Group, holds a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Tunku Abdul Rahman College (TAR College). She brings extensive experience in the construction industry since 2003, with a proven track record in successfully managing and delivering large-scale projects with precision, efficiency, and integrity. Since joining the Group in December 2022, she has led the Tender & Contract Department, overseeing all aspects of project costing and tendering across the organization.

Throughout her career, Ivy has held key positions in reputable main contractor companies and interior design firm, including Propel Construction under PGB Group, Gainvest Builders (M) Sdn Bhd, and Spazio Space (M) Sdn Bhd. She has contributed to a wide range of high and low rise developments and interior design projects for both the government and private sectors. Notable projects include the Ibu Pejabat Kontinjen Kuala Lumpur (IPKKL), Exsim Developments, Riverstone Holdings’ factory, as well as Olympus and Panasonic interior fit-outs.

Specializing in cost planning, budgeting, procurement, and contractual management, Ivy ensures each project achieves optimal value while upholding rigorous compliance with legal and ethical standards. Her strong leadership, strategic decision making have driven cost efficiencies and safeguarded project outcomes from inception to completion.

Yap Chua Soon (Shaun)

Senior Manager, Project
Yap Chua Soon (Shaun), is the Senior Project Manager in-charge of Taghill Northern Region projects since 2023. With Bsc (Hons) Quantity Surveying (UK), PgDip Construction Project Management (UK), A seasoned construction professional aged 48 brings an extensive years international (UK) and local track record in the industry. His diverse experience encompasses roles as a contractor in various specialized fields including super warehouses, facade specialization, renovation and refurbishment of London Underground properties and stations, horizontal directional drilling (HDD), highrise construction, and mixed development.

Shaun began his career since 1996, starting with junior QS cum site supervisor in Malaysia at medium size construction company before moving abroad to pursue his higher qualifications in Year 2002.

Shaun's broad skill set and extensive experience make him a formidable asset to any construction project, with a proven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted builds across various sectors. His combination of practical knowledge, project oversight capabilities, and academic qualifications positions him as a leader in the field, driving projects to successful completion with precision and expertise.

Low Cheng Keong (John)

Senior Manager, Project
Leow Cheng Keong (John) is the Senior Project Manager for the Construction and Development Team at Taghill Group. He has been a pivotal member of the team since 2020, bringing with him nearly four decades of extensive experience in the construction and property development industry.

John completed his Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) at St. Paul’s Institution, Seremban, in 1985. He began his career in 1986 and has since been involved in numerous large-scale infrastructure and development projects. His notable contributions include overseeing and participating in the development of major projects such as the 120-acre development in Shah Alam Section 7, the 80-acre township in Bandar Baru Bangi, the 4-acre redevelopment in Kampung Baru Ampang, and the 14-acre project in Seri Kembangan.

In addition to his development work, John has successfully completed several prominent construction projects, including SkyAwani 2, SkySierra, and The Arcuz. His comprehensive expertise spans both construction execution and development planning, making him a versatile and highly skilled professional.

With 40 years of industry experience, John is a valued asset to the Taghill team, recognized for his hands-on leadership, technical proficiency, and unwavering commitment to project excellence.
