Operating in a dynamic global environment, our ability to anticipate, identify, and strategically mitigate risks is fundamental to achieving our corporate objectives. The Group’s Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM”) framework is the bedrock of our governance. It provides a structured and consistent methodology for managing the risks inherent in our operations and the uncertainties in our strategic landscape. Throughout FY2025, we conducted comprehensive risk reviews to ensure our risk profile remains strategically aligned with our business objectives and responsive to evolving market conditions, including the critical consideration of climate-related risks and opportunities, as further elaborated on pages 103 to 104. The Board Sustainability Committee (“BSC”) provides active oversight of the Group’s sustainability and risk landscape, which ensures that emerging risks are identified and that our strategic direction remains resilient, forward-looking, and agile. This report outlines our six Key Enterprise Risks (“KERs”) – the risks that could impact the achievement of our strategic goals. Each risk is closely monitored to ensure it remains within the Group’s established risk appetite.
