56 WASCO BERHAD SECTION 3 VALUE CREATION Linked to: F S Capitals M17 M20 Material Matters ENHANCING SHAREHOLDER RETURNS AND STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT • Achieved Net Cash Position – The Group eliminated net debt in 2025, reaching a net cash position at 31 December 2025 reducing net gearing from 0.62x in FY2024. This strengthens our capacity to pursue growth, absorb volatility, and compete for larger project commitments without financial constraint. • Total Single-Tier Dividends of 7 Sen Per Share Declared – The Board declared a total single-tier dividends of 7 sen per share during 2025 – including a 1 sen special dividend – representing a 250% increase over FY2024’s 2 sen. This reflects the Group’s commitment to delivering consistent shareholder returns while maintaining the financial flexibility needed to support long-term growth, going beyond the progressive dividend commitment made in 2024. • Deepening Institutional Investor Base – Building on Employees Provident Fund (“EPF”) and Urusharta Jemaah’s entry as substantial shareholders in 2024, we continued targeted engagement of ESG-oriented and energy transition-focused institutional funds in 2025. • Deploying Net Cash with Discipline – The Group will allocate the net cash position towards capability, capacity, and strategic adjacencies that compound long-term earnings prioritising Batam yard expansion, EPC capability deepening, and selective bolt-on opportunities that strengthen our competitive position. • Sustaining Progressive Dividend Growth – The Board remains committed to growing dividends in line with the earnings trajectory, with the FY2025 special dividend setting a higher baseline for shareholder return expectations as the Group’s earnings quality continues to improve. • Investor Site Visit and ISSB Disclosure – In 2026, we will host an investor and analyst site visit to our yard facilities, providing stakeholders with a first-hand view of Wasco’s fabrication capabilities and operational scale. Alongside this, we will transition our sustainability reporting to ISSB standards reinforcing the transparency and disclosure quality that underpins our relationship with long-term institutional investors and ESG-focused capital. 2025 Progress Moving Forward Wasco’s financial discipline translated into measurable shareholder value. Across every metric that matters; earnings quality, balance sheet strength, and dividend delivery, the Group performed with consistency and conviction. With revenue of RM2.6 billion, PATMI of RM160.5 million, a net cash position achieved for the first time, and a total single-tier dividends of 7 sen per share, we enter 2026 with the financial foundation to grow further, invest wisely, and continue rewarding those who have placed their confidence in Wasco.
