209 ANNUAL REPORT 2022 ACCOUNTABILITY DIRECTORS’ REPORT The Directors have pleasure in submitting their report together with the audited financial statements of the Group and of the Company for the financial year ended 31 January 2022. Principal activities The principal activities of the Company are investment holding and provision of management services. The principal activities of the Group are disclosed in Note 19 to the financial statements. There have been no significant changes in the nature of these activities during the financial year. If approved, the entitlement date and payment date for the dividend would be 4 August 2022 and 30 August 2022 respectively. Reserves and provisions All material transfers to or from reserves and provisions during the financial year are disclosed in the financial statements.
