(“JSB”), officially commenced operation at its new office building in Teluk Panglima Garang (“TPG”). 31 January Industrial Trading and Services Division has increased their investment in associate – Spirolite (M) Sendirian Berhad by subscription of 1,610,978 ordinary shares with RM13,500,000. FEBRUARY 22 February Wasco Engineering International Ltd (“WEIL”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of WSC successfully completed the commissioning of New Compressor Station 5 (NCS-5) for Basrah Gas Company (BGC) in the Rumailah fields in Iraq despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The complete plant was conceptualized, designed and fabricated by our team in Dubai. The plant is designed to capture up to 120 mmscfd of gas from ROO DS5 field which would otherwise be flared. 23 February 4QFY2020 Results Announcement. MARCH 1 March As part of the Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) effort, JSB has completed the installation and commissioning of Rain Harvesting and Water Recycling System with filtration system at the TPG yard. 10 March The start of Wasco’s i-start program. The program has retained the service of DSS-Dupont Sustainable Solutions, to help us in a journey to execute the needed changes, eliminate at-risk behaviors and forge a more favorable safety culture. 17 March WS Engineering & Fabrication Pte Ltd (“WSEF”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of WSC was awarded a contract worth (US$35.9 million) by Fluor Limited for complete fabrication and assembly of pipe rack, process, and structural modules and skids units and testing, pre-commissioning, turnover and load out services for the modules. APRIL 22 April The Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (“MOM”) selected Wasco as a recipient of the prestigious ‘Golden Safety Award’ for achieving exceptional safety performance with 23 million LTI free man-hours and implementing ‘Best in Class Occupational Health and Safety Management System’. 26 April WSEF delivered another multi-build substation project (11x substations) for a gasification (hydrogen and synthesis) facility at Singapore Jurong Island Integrated Manufacturing Complex. JUNE 1 June Site development started at the Wasco Coatings Middle East QFZ LLC (“WCME”) site in the Qatar Free Zone (“QFZ”) at Umm Al Houl, with construction of a new Concrete Weight Coating Plant, an associated Batching Plant plus the development of infrastructure to support pipe storage and logistics operations. 2 June WEIL, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of WSC was awarded US$39.4 million (equivalent to RM162.4 million) contract by BW Energy Gabon S.A. for the engineering, procurement, construction and installation of oil and gas processing and compression modules for a project in Gabon, Africa. JULY 1 July Securing the INPEX-operated Ichthys Gas Field Development Project Phase 2 from McDermott Australia Pty Ltd on 1 July 2020 for 38km of 8” to 16” clad pipes with 34mm to 68mm thick MLPP coating. This project is located off the northwest coast of Western Australia. 8 July Launch of Wasco’s reforestation initiative – MOU with the Pahang Forestry Department (“JPNP”). 17 July Completed and loaded out ABB E-House Module for ONGC KG=DWN 98/2 Cluster II FPSO Project. This 1,450 tons E-House was fabricated from Wasco’s Batam Yard, Indonesia and recorded 800,000 LTI free man-hours. AUGUST 2 August Syn Tai Hung Trading Sdn. Bhd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of WSC has launched Online Shop Convenience Retail Store at Lazada & Shopee to expand market penetration. 21 August PMT Industries Sdn. Bhd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of WSC has successfully commenced its 500kW solar power generation system. 26 August 2QFY2021 Results Announcement.
