We look to retain our talents and attract new ones by offering competitive compensation packages and benefits along with a conducive working environment that emphasises fair practices and continuous learning. We welcomed 271 new permanent employees during FY2022 – an 11% increase in hires from the previous reporting year (FY2021: 245).
