Section 2 | Our Business 56 18 Serba Dinamik bags RM548.2 million for O&M, ICT & EPCC contracts Serba Dinamik have collectively bagged 11 various contracts worth of RM548.2 million from Malaysia, Indonesia and India. The contracts include operations and maintenance, information & communications technology and engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning projects. JAN 6 Serba Dinamik collaborate with MYSA on new space economy Serba Dinamik entered into a collaboration with the Malaysian Space Agency (“MYSA”). To explore the potential of space industries and find possible partnership in various angle in the context of new space economy nexus. 18 MAR 6 MoU between Serba Dinamik and SWISSto12 Serba Dinamik signed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) with SWISSto12, a Switzerland-based company with a focus on delivering cutting edge products for telecommunication satellite payloads. Serba Dinamik established New Space Econo- my Nexus (NSEN) Serba Dinamik collaborated with seven institutions of higher learning as its strategic partners in Malaysia to establish a New Space Economy Nexus (“NSEN”) to explore the areas in space technology. MAR 23 Serba Dinamik collaborates with Johnson Controls to power Block 7 innovation hub in Abu Dhabi Serba Dinamik International Ltd. Is collaborating with building automation systems specialist Johnson Controls on its innovation hub in ZonesCorp’s Industrial City of Abu Dhabi, Block 7. The Block 7 development is owned by Block 7 Investments LLC which is 99% owned by EFIRE Capital Holdings Ltd. This project will leverage Johnson Controls OpenBlue platform, a comprehensive suite of connected building solutions and services. 21 Serba Dinamik named as premier partner at Malaysia Dubai Expo 2020 Serba Dinamik Holdings Berhad is a premier partner for the Malaysia Dubai Expo 2020 to support Malaysia’s objective to exhibit the country’s technologies and innovation capabili- ties at the World Expo.
