On 9 June 2020, the Group via SDSB, a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of the Company has subscribed 30 ordinary shares representing 30.0% shareholding in Ecoglass Abrasive Sdn. Bhd. for a total cash consideration of RM30. On 7 July 2020, the Group via SDIL has disposed 25.2% equity interest in CSE Global Limited in the open market on the Singapore Stock Exchange, for a cash consideration of approximately SGD57.67 million.
