Property, plant and equipment (continued) (a) Security As at 30 June 2021, the Group’s buildings with a carrying amount of RM49,759,369 (2019: RM51,118,277) are charged as security for certain borrowings of the Group (see Note 21). As at 30 June 2021, the Group’s land with a carrying amount of RM1,868,000 (2019: RM1,868,000) are charged as security for certain borrowings of the Group (see Note 21). (b) Transfer to inventories During the financial period, a portion of a development have been transferred from property, plant and equipment to inventories (see Note 13), as there is an existing potential buyer for a portion of the development.
