Section 6 | Sustainability Statement 196 HAZARD IDENTIFICATIONS, RISK ASSESSMENT AND RISK CONTROL SAFETY PERFORMANCE Hazard Identifications, risk assessment, and risk control had always been our priority when we plan, promote, or execute any project. We will ensure the workplace is conducive to our employees' safety. We guarantee that all stakeholders including external parties are aware of all the risks involved and that the required level of safety and diligence are successfully execute. Furthermore, we also conduct safety and risk assessments even after project's completion. This was done to make sure no hazards and safety compromises arise within at least a month from any project's completion date. We conduct fire drill training once a year tomaintain the awareness of our employees and prepare them for any potential disasters. This effort is led by the emergency response team, which includes all of our employees from all of our branches. Attaining and maintaining the highest level of occupational safety and health is embedded in our corporate culture and operations. Over these few years, we have zero fatalities and zero Lost Time Injury (LTI) recorded in our Malaysia and foreign operations. For the year 2020, our Malaysian operations have achieved 20 million safe man-hours with ZERO LTI. In conjunction with this great achievement, in December 2020, we celebrated this milestone with 10 main branches and service centres throughout Malaysia via virtual live stream from our headquarters. Twenty-six (26) employees was awarded the best safety award. Besides fire drills, we have conducted internal and external training for our employees in various safety aspects and created several teams in each location which consists of first aid, emergency response team and other safety-related teams to implement OSH culture the employees’ daily life.
