(“Block 7”) to undertake the engineering, procurement and construction of innovation hub, academic campus, related facilities and IT infrastructures in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This will set as a benchmark to the Group’s capabilities to synergize its capabilities in both EPCC and ICT business segments. This project will support initiatives to create a global incubator for the advancement of technology, property, financial as well as energy sectors, and to be positioned as a new landmark for Abu Dhabi. The development will position the Group as one of the companies helping local, regional, and global businesses as well as academia to adopt Industry Revolution 4.0 (“IR 4.0”) technologies. Aside from this, recently, the Group has also secured a contract under the EPCC segment, which is for the 57.3MW Myagdi Khola Hydropower Project in Nepal. This shows that the Group is actively expanding its industry exposure to reduce oil and gas industry dependency and tapping into a new geographical footprint. The Group has also completed its acquisition of Teluk Ramunia Yard (“TR Yard”) located in Kota Tinggi, Johor. This facility will strengthen the Group’s position as a total engineering solution provider that can to perform steel fabrication for offshore platforms and other structures of up to 50,000 tonnes on a piece of land area of approximately 170 acres. The Group has identified a few works from its existing contacts to be fabricated in the TR Yard. From this will qualify the Group to be able to participate in various sizeable prospects such as offshore transport and installation (“T&I”), integrated hook-up and commissioning (i-HUC) services, top side maintenance, decommissioning works, and other related services. TR Yard is expected to provide solution both locally as well as across the South East Asia region. This acquisition will elevate the Group’s aspiration to be an integrated one-stop solutions provider to connect offshore upstream capabilities to the onshore downstream, which is already well established.
