Integrated Report 2021 139 FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE Future outlook The completion of BIEH and the facilities' readiness will help support the growth of this segment as the facility has state-of-the-art machinery to perform high-end and large-scale maintenance work. The Group will be able to conduct major overhaul requirements for larger equipment such as gas turbines, steam turbines, turbo compressors for plants and others. The Group believe BIEH's completion will facilitate to support the requirement for O&G, petrochemical and power generation industries surrounding the facilities for both local and South East Asia region. BIEH will be occupied instantly to provide various existing O&M contracts and fabrication works which would bring value and improve efficiency in executing those contracts. During this pandemic year, the Group also took advantage of providing value-added solutions inO&Mcontracts by adopting Industrial Revolution 4.0 ("IR 4.0") element to help asset owners achieve better performance and productivity of their equipment. Among the most comprehensive technology being used in IR 4.0 pillar are Artificial Intelligence ("AI") and data analytics.
