Integrated Report 2021 137 Performance The substantial revenue for the Group is contributed by the O&M segment and remains the core business of the Group. The segment recorded revenue of RM7.39 billion, gross profit of RM124.3 million and a gross profit margin of 11.4%. MRO operations accounted for 89.58% of the total revenue of the O&M segment in FPE2021, amounting to RM6.62 billion. It is mainly contributed from operations in the Middle East region such as Qatar, United Arab Emirates (“UAE”) and Oman, followed by Malaysia. Qatar is the largest contributor in the Middle East region, which contributed RM1.78 billion in FPE2021. Meanwhile, Malaysia continues to be the largest revenue contributor of 31.99% for the South East Asia region. The second subsegment of O&M is IRM operations, which contribute 10.42% of total revenue under the O&M segment.
