Integrated Report 2021 135 FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OUR OPERATIONS The Group's business is an international energy engineering firm that provides integrated engineering solutions primarily to the Oil & Gas ("O&G"), power generation, water and utilities sectors. Our global presence is now in twenty- six (26) countries across six (6) different regions, namely, South East Asia, Central & South Asia, Middle East, South and North America, Africa and Europe. The Group business activities include the provision of O&M services, EPCCworks, provision of ICT solutions and services, supply of products and parts, and provision of logistics services and E&T. We have been offering our products and services to engineering companies and contractors, O&G operators, gas processing plants, oil refineries, petrochemical manufacturers, independent power producers and utilities and water treatment plants, among others. As part of our step forward growth, we have integrated Asset Ownership Model into our operations. The margins decreased due to impairment of trade and other receivables and inventories written down value. * The figures and values for 2016 in this section represent that performance of Serba Dinamik Group Berhad, in order to reflect the performance of the Group prior to the incorporation of Serba Dinamik Holdings Berhad and the subsequent acquisition of Serba Dinamik Group Berhad on 26 May 2016. The audited financial statements is for a period of eighteen (18) months, made up from 1 January 2020 to 30 June 2021.
