SHARE CAPITAL AND RESERVES (continued) (f) Share option reserve (continued) Employees’ share option scheme (“ESOS”) (continued) On 17 February 2021, the Company offered 10,000,000 options at an exercise price of RM0.12 each to its eligible employees under the ESOS (“ESOS 1”). During the current financial year, 450,000 (2022: 260,000) new ordinary shares were issued pursuant to the exercise of this ESOS and 4,165,000 (2022: 50,000) options had lapsed. On 10 March 2022, the Company offered another 12,000,000 options at an exercise price of RM0.10 each to its eligible employees under the ESOS (“ESOS 2”). During the current financial year, 8,320,000 (2022: 150,000) new ordinary shares were issued pursuant to the exercise of this ESOS and 200,000 (2022: Nil) options had lapsed. In accordance with the ESOS, holders of vested ESOS options are entitled to purchase the Company’s shares at the exercise price at the date of grant.
