Training in digital technology, sustainability, and other critical areas have also become paramount, particularly considering our global footprint and the increasingly digital-centric nature of our business. Individual Development Plan (“IDP”) – Self-charted learning through formal and informal interventions e.g. training, mentoring, job rotation, sharing sessions, reading, etc. Through this plan, 87% of Edgenta Stars completed planned development interventions in 2023 which exceeded our target of 60% for first year implementation. This marks a significant milestone in our commitment to fostering professional growth and development among employees.
