Dato’ Dr. Omar Abd Hamid holds 85.42% equity interest in Oratis Healthcare Sdn. Bhd. Provision of energy performance contract to AHSB for project development at Avisena Specialist Hospitals. - 79 79 1 The transaction is new and was not included in the shareholders’ mandate approved on 15 June 2023, which arose following the appointment of Dato’ Dr. Omar Abd Hamid on 1 August 2023. At the date of his appointment, there is an existing contract with AHSB.
