Integrated Annual Report 2023 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 1 399 RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The shareholders of UEM Edgenta Berhad (“UEM Edgenta” or “the Company”), at the 60th Annual General Meeting held on 15 June 2023, had granted their approval for the Company and its subsidiary companies (“UEM Edgenta Group”) to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature, which are necessary for its day-to-day operations and are in the ordinary course of business in order to comply with Paragraph 10.09 of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“MMLR”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”).
