The insurance premium incurred by the Company was RM116,510. DIRECTORS’ INTEREST None of the directors in office at the end of the financial year had any interest in shares in the Company or its related corporations during the financial year. HOLDING COMPANIES The Company regards UEM Group Berhad (“UEM Group”) and Khazanah Nasional Berhad, both incorporated in Malaysia, as its immediate and ultimate holding companies respectively.
