Our Framework, Policies & Procedures The Board is dedicated to upholding the commitment towards Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (“ABAC”) measures that support national anti-corruption efforts and adopt a zero-tolerance approach against all forms of corruption. As a benchmark for our ABAC, we adhere to the following legal and regulatory requirements that relate to the ABAC: Our ABAC program was developed in accordance with the T.R.U.S.T principles outlined in the Guidelines on Adequate Procedures. This aligns with the requirements of subsection 17A (5) of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009, serving as a defense mechanism against corporate liability.
