We are convinced that a diversified workforce, as well as an open and appreciative corporate culture, are important success factors in a globalised world. Principles of inclusivity are enshrined in our Code of Conduct, which expressly prohibits employees from engaging in any unwelcome verbal, visual, psychological, physical or other conduct that is intimidating, offensive, abusive or hostile to other employees. Should any form of harassment or discrimination be observed, we strongly urge our employees to report the incident.
