Bhd. On 14 March 2021, Faber Hotels Holdings Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, which was under Members’ Voluntary Liquidation, was dissolved and ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company. This dissolution has no cash flows impact to the Company. In the previous financial year, certain unquoted shares in subsidiaries are pledged to financial institutions for facilities granted to the Group and the Company as disclosed in Note 27(e).
