governance: doing the right thing Good governance is a process of consciously monitoring the way we conduct work in an organisation based on approved guidelines, policies and procedures. We are cognisant of any violation to our business code of ethics and conflict of interests, in our dealings with all stakeholders. As we continue to realise our vision of optimising assets to improve lives, we have established key policies and practices which are continuously communicated across our business through strategic engagement channels and methods. We deliver our services on par with global standards and have implemented the Quality Management System, while gaining 25 ISO certifications in continuous efforts to promote operational excellence and efficiency.
