STATEMENT SUSTAINABILITY ANNUAL REPORT 2024 45 SUSTAINABILITY GOVERNANCE The Board of Directors (“the Board”) holds ultimate responsibility for driving the sustainability agenda at Datasonic. They are responsible for guaranteeing ESG considerations are woven into the Group's long-term strategies and value creation for stakeholders. Supporting the Board are the Executive Directors (“EDs”) and Senior Leadership Team (“SLT”), working together to oversee the effective implementation of sustainability initiatives across the Group. The EDs empower business units to collect relevant EES data, which is then consolidated and analysed by the EDs and SLT to identify the Group's most material sustainability topics. Following this, the material topics are presented to the Board for further deliberation, facilitated by the EDs. This collaborative approach fosters transparency and secures the alignment of our sustainability efforts with our long-term objectives.
