Conviction for Offences (within the past 5 years, other than traffic offences) Save as disclosed below, none of the Directors have any conviction for offences (other than traffic offence, if any) and have not been imposed of any public sanction or penalty by the relevant regulatory bodies during the financial year: - Ms Michelle Yong was issued a letter of reprimand by the Audit Oversight Board of the Securities Commission on 5 February 2024 concerning an audit engagement of a Public Interest Entity for the financial period ended 30 June 2021. The general basis of the reprimand was that insufficient audit procedures was performed to support the issue of a Qualified Opinion on Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning contracts. There were no other sanctions imposed on her.
