Consequently, DBTP is deemed a subsidiary and the Company consolidates its investment in DBTP. & - The subsidiary has been struck-off from the Registrar of Companies under Section 550 of the Companies Act, 2016 on 18 August 2023. < - The subsidiary is in process of dissolution under Republic Act No. 11232. (a) During the current financial year, the Company has subscribed additional 33,000,000 new ordinary shares in DTSB at an issue price of RM1.00 per ordinary share which amounted to RM33,000,000 by capitalising the amount owing to a subsidiary of RM24,700,000 and cash consideration of RM8,300,000.
