UTILISATION OF PROCEEDS RAISED FROM CORPORATE PROPOSAL There were no proceeds raised from corporate proposal during the financial year ended 31 March 2024. 2. MATERIAL CONTRACTS INVOLVING THE INTERESTS OF THE DIRECTORS, CHIEF EXECUTIVE WHO IS NOT A DIRECTOR OR MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS Except for the disclosure in Note 45 to the audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31 March 2024, there were no other material contracts entered into by the Company and its subsidiaries involving the interests of Directors and major shareholders, either still subsisting at the end of the financial year ended 31 March 2024 or entered into since the end of the previous financial year. 4. EMPLOYEES’ SHARE OPTION SCHEME The Employees’ Share Option Scheme (“ESOS”) of the Company is governed by the ESOS By-Laws and was approved by the shareholders on 20 February 2020. The effective date for the implementation of the ESOS was on 16 July 2021. As at the end of the financial year, no ESOS option has been offered under the share option scheme.
