SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT DRMSB proudly presents Al-`Aqar’s annual sustainability statement, marking our fifth year of sustainability reporting. The statement details the environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) performance of our operations as a healthcare REIT from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022 (“FY2022”), and serves as a practical tool for stakeholders to assess the progress of our Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) commitments, strategies, and initiatives. The ESG criteria is a primary consideration for an increasing number of investors when making investment decisions. To serve stakeholders, as well as address the full range of ESG risks and opportunities, it is necessary to take a more comprehensive approach to generating long-term value in the current business landscape, with particular focus towards the healthcare sector.
