Significant events (i) Acquisition of a building known as TMC Health Centre On 2 September 2022, the Fund as represented by the Trustee, entered into a conditional sales and purchase agreement with Penang Specialist Hospital Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KPJ Healthcare Berhad to acquire a building known as TMC Health Centre, for a total consideration of RM14,300,000.
