Dato' Kee Chit HueiGroup Executive Director / Group CEO

Dato’ Kee Chit Huei serves as our Group Executive Director / Group CEO and is responsible for the overall management of our Group. He founded Keyfield Offshore, our Group’s main operating subsidiary, in 2013 and has since built the Group into what it is today. With his strategic vision, he steers the direction of our Group and oversees strategic and financial planning, business development and day to day business operations, including commercial terms for the vessel chartering business and financial management. He was appointed to our Board on 30 November 2020.

Dato’ Kee graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University, Australia in 1995. In 2025, he was conferred an honorary Doctorate in Maritime Management by Netherlands Maritime University College.

He began his career in investment banking, spending approximately 9 years across several merchant and investment banks in Malaysia. During this period, he gained extensive experience in corporate finance and corporate banking through various corporate exercises. Such as initial public offerings (IPO), mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, corporate restructurings, business valuations, due diligence, loan syndications, reviews of credit proposals/documentations, private debt securities, credit analysis and loan disbursements.

From 2003 to 2008, Dato’ Kee served as an Executive Director as well as an Independent Non-Executive Director in various companies listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange (SGX) and Bursa Securities. In these roles, he was responsible for the general management of the companies and led fund-raising exercises, business development, corporate affairs and corporate strategy.

Subsequently, he was involved in several business ventures through his own private companies, prior to founding Keyfield Offshore in 2013. Dato’ Kee is the spouse of Datin Ooi Soo Ping, a substantial shareholder of our Company. Currently, he does not hold any directorships in other public companies and listed issuers.

Mohd Erwan Bin AhmadGroup Executive Director / Group COO

Encik Mohd Erwan Bin Ahmad was appointed to our Board as the Group Executive Director / Group COO on 30 November 2020. He is responsible for our Group’s technical functions and daily operational matters, including business development activities such as tendering and the execution of chartering projects, and overseeing technical and operational compliance for projects undertaken, health, safety and environmental matters as well as licensing requirements.

Encik Mohd Erwan holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Marine Technology) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, obtained in March 2008. He subsequently earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Anglia Ruskin University, United Kingdom in 2020.

He has more than 16 years of experience in project management, shipbuilding and repair of vessels, including naval ships, luxury yachts and commercial vessels. Encik Mohd Erwan began his career in 2008 as a Technical Executive at Boustead Langkawi Shipyard Sdn. Bhd., specialising in the construction, repair and maintenance of boats and yachts. He was later transferred to Boustead Penang Shipyard Sdn. Bhd., a company principally involved in heavy engineering, ship repair and shipbuilding, fabrication of steel structures and platforms, marine engineering, oil and gas fabrication, as well as hook-up and commissioning (HUC). During his tenure, he served as a Technical Executive and was primarily involved in project management, contract and technical documentation, as well as managing project expenditures.

After leaving the Boustead group of companies, Encik Mohd Erwan joined Keebridge Resources Sdn. Bhd. In 2012 as an Assistant Manager, where he was involved in the building of vessel until his resignation in 2014. In the same year, he joined Keyfield Offshore as Senior Vice President (Shipbuilding and Client Coverage), where he was mainly responsible for overseeing all shipbuilding technical support activities as well as the entire shipbuilding process, including design, procurement, construction, commissioning and delivery of vessels to Malaysia. In 2018, he was promoted to his current position as our Group COO, drawing on his strong technical and operational expertise as well as his in depth understanding of the accommodation vessel market within the oil and gas industry in Malaysia. He also serves as our Group’s key liaison with oil and gas contractors, PCSB, PACs and marine authorities.

Encik Mohd Erwan does not hold any directorships in other public companies and listed issuers. He does not have any family relationship with any Director and/or major shareholder of our Company.

Eugene Kang Hong NgeeGroup Chief Financial Officer

Mr Eugene Kang Hong Ngee was appointed as our Group CFO on 1 October 2020. He is primarily responsible for overseeing the finance and corporate affairs matters of our Group.

Mr Eugene obtained his Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”) qualification in 1995, was then admitted as an Associate in 1998 and became a Fellow of the ACCA in 2003. He has also been a member of MIA since 2000.

He began his career in 1995 as an Audit Assistant with Price Waterhouse (now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers) and left in 2000 as an Assistant Manager. Subsequently, he worked in corporate finance industry at Amanah Merchant Bank Berhad (now known as Alliance Investment Bank Berhad) and HwangDBS Securities Berhad (now known as Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad), where he was handling IPO, equity fundraising, debt restructurings as well as mergers and acquisitions.

In 2007, he joined BH Realty Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of Asian Pac Holdings Berhad, a public company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities which is principally involved in property development, as the Deputy General Manager, Corporate Planning. In the following year, he joined Rubberflex Sdn. Bhd., a rubber-based product manufacturer and exporter, as the Director and Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) for a period of approximately 10 years. During his tenure, he was responsible for finance, accounting, taxation and corporate matters. In 2010, he was also appointed as a Director of Rubberflex Reenergy Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rubberflex Sdn. Bhd. which is involved in wastewater treatment and production of renewable energy, with him being responsible for finance and accounting matters.

In 2018, he joined S&P International Holding Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, which is principally involved in food and beverage manufacturing. He served as the CFO and was responsible for the corporate and financial matters of the group. In 2020, he then joined our Group as the Group CFO.

Goh Yet LoongGroup Chief Strategy Officer

Mr Goh Yet Loong was appointed as our Chief Strategy Officer on 1 April 2025. In this role, he leads corporate strategy and planning, identifies high-value business opportunities and drives operational excellence to strengthen Keyfield’s competitive position in the offshore oil and gas sector, while also exploring new avenues of growth. He also plays a key role in Keyfield’s post-IPO expansion, steering the Group into its next phase of innovation and sustainability.

Mr Goh graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from University of California (“UC”), Berkeley in 2001. He later obtained an MBA from Institut Européen d’Administration des Affaires (“INSEAD”) in 2007.

Mr Goh began his career in 2002 as a Product Engineer at Applied Materials after graduating from UC Berkeley, a Silicon Valley-based leading supplier of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and services. At Applied Materials, he gained exposure and experience in product design, high-tech manufacturing and global supply chain operations. He later took on the role of Project Manager for new product manufacturing, where he led cost reduction initiatives and global materials sourcing strategies.

After obtaining his MBA in 2007, Mr Goh worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising global companies across the United States and Asia Pacific regions on corporate strategy, market expansion, business technology and operational transformations. His major clients include global leaders in the telecommunications, semiconductor, aviation, oil and gas, and information technology industries. During his tenure, he consistently helped businesses unlock synergies, enhance efficiency, strengthen operations and achieve sustainable growth.

Prior to joining Keyfield, he served as Group COO of a publicly listed company with a diversified portfolio in aviation, land and transport, oil and gas as well as marine sectors. He then became the CEO and a board member of a Malaysian joint venture company involved in maintenance, repair and overhaul (“MRO”) of trainsets, where he successfully led a RM695.0 million contract for the MRO of Six-Car Set (“SCS”) commuter and Electric Train Service (“ETS”) trains. Subsequently, Mr Goh joined Keyfield in 2025 and assumed his current position as Group Chief Strategy Officer.

Lim Kim LeeGroup Chief Compliance and Costing Officer

Ms Lim Kim Lee was appointed as our Group Chief Compliance and Costing Officer on 1 January 2025. She is responsible for leading the Group’s governance, risk management, compliance, sustainability and human resources strategic functions. She is also entrusted to oversee our Group’s cost optimisation initiatives.

In Keyfield, Ms Lim drives the development of a strong compliance culture across the organisation, ensuring that business practices adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain sound ethical standards. She also spearheads the Group’s sustainability efforts, working with both internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) strategies that support long-term value creation and responsible business conduct. In addition, she oversees strategic human capital planning to align talent development initiatives with our Group’s broader objectives.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Otago, New Zealand in 1999. Currently, she is a chartered accountant and member of the MIA, as well as a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant (“FCMA”) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (“CGMA”) of the CIMA.

Ms Lim began her career as an Account and Audit Assistant with private entities from 2000 to 2003. Later in 2003, she joined Classic Scenic Berhad (now known as Hextar Retail Berhad) as a Finance Officer and progressed steadily to the role of CFO in 2016. During her tenure, she was responsible for the overall financial and accounting functions, corporate exercises, governance, risk management, compliance and sustainability initiatives of the group. Her last-held position was Executive Director and CFO.

In 2024, she joined our Group as Senior Vice President, Cost Control and Risk Management, and was subsequently promoted to Group Chief Compliance and Costing Officer in 2025.

Captain Cheah Eng EngExecutive Vice President, Fleet Management

Captain Cheah Eng Eng was appointed as our Executive Vice President, Fleet Management on 1 January 2025. He is primarily responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the vessels managed by our Group, including Health, Safety, Security and Environment (“HSSE”), crewing, catering, and working closely together with Technical as well as Tender and Commercial Department.

Captain Cheah obtained his Advanced Diploma in Maritime Transportation from Singapore Polytechnic in 1997 and later earned a Certificate of Competency Class 1 (Master Mariner) in 1999, issued by the Maritime and Port Authority, Singapore.

He began his career in 1990 as a Mariner under a sponsorship programme with Neptune Orient Lines / Neptune Shipmanagement Services Pte Ltd, Singapore. In 2000, he had a short tenure as a Lecturer in the Post Sea Nautical Department at Malaysia Maritime Academy. He then joined Matthews-Daniel International (M) Sdn. Bhd. as a Marine Surveyor and was promoted to Marine Manager in 2003, where he was primarily responsible for Hull and Machinery (“H&M”) and Protection & Indemnity (“P&I”) marine and cargo surveys. He also undertook Marine Warranty Survey services for various oil and gas operators on projects based in Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam, as well as loss adjusting works for various insurance underwriters.

In 2007, he joined Germanischer Lloyd GLM Sdn. Bhd. as Department Head – Marine Warranty Survey Services (Oil & Gas), where he was responsible for supervising and managing various offshore-related activities and projects. In the following year, he joined EP Engineering Sdn. Bhd. as the General Manager – Offshore Marine Support Services (KL Head Office) while also serving as Operations Manager for PT EP Oilfield Services and PT EP Oilfield Supplies (Indonesia Office).

In 2012, he joined Carigali Hess Operating Company Sdn. Bhd. as Company Site Representative cum Offshore Installation Coordinator, where he led Transportation and Installation (“T&I”) team consisting of engineers, marine and HSSE personnel, and assisted the Project Manager in managing and coordinating the various tenders and offshore T&I projects.

In 2014, he joined Murphy Sarawak Oil Company (“MOC”) and subsequently rolled over to PTTEP Sarawak Oil Limited when MOC divested from Malaysia, serving as a Marine Specialist / Site Representative where he was mainly responsible for managing and coordinating with Offshore Contractors, vessel’s Master associated to green field (T&I), HUC, Brownfield (Maintenance), Well Intervention and Drilling teams on marine requirements, suitability surveys, HSSE, vessel’s movements/activities at field as well as coordinating with various internal and external parties.

In 2022, he joined our Group as Senior Vice President, Fleet Management and was subsequently promoted to his current position in 2025.

Constantine Ling Yew LungSenior Vice President, Fleet Maintenance cum Branch Manager in Miri

Mr Constantine Ling Yew Lung was appointed as our Senior Vice President, Fleet Maintenance cum Branch Manager in Miri on 7 July 2025. He is mainly responsible for overseeing technical superintendents, vessel maintenance, as well as any newbuild vessel projects and technical matters arising in relation to the Group’s fleet. As a Branch Manager, he is also responsible for overseeing the operations and management of our Miri branch.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Naval Architecture from the University of New South Wales, Australia in 2005.

He began his career in 2006 as a Senior Project Superintendent at Bumi Armada Berhad, where he was involved in OSV new-building projects. He subsequently progressed through various technical and managerial roles, and became Labuan Base Manager in 2017, where he was responsible for the overall management of the Labuan Base’s operations, including technical marine operations, logistics, crewing matters, interfaces with clients and government agencies, as well as administrative functions.

In 2019, Mr Constantine joined SKOM Sdn. Bhd. as a Technical Manager, where he supported all technical-related matters, including marine operations, logistics matters as well as interfaces with vendors or contractors. Subsequently, in 2022, he joined DESB Marine Services Sdn. Bhd. as a Technical Manager with similar responsibilities. In 2025, he joined our Group in his current position.

Captain Leong Fook WahVice President, Fleet Operations

Captain Leong Fook Wah was appointed as our Vice President, Fleet Operations on 21 October 2025. He is primarily responsible for assisting Captain Cheah, our Executive Vice President, Fleet Management, in overseeing the Group’s fleet operations, including vessel operations and maintenance, Offshore Vessel Inspection Database (“OVID”) inspections and other related operational matters.

He obtained his Advanced Diploma in Marine Transportation from Singapore Polytechnic in 2001. He also holds a Certificate of Competency Class 1 (Master Mariner), an Advance Diploma in Marine Navigation as well as an accreditation as an OVID Inspector.

He started his career in 1994 as a Cadet Officer with Maersk Line Singapore. He subsequently served as a Junior Officer and later progressed to management level position where he was primarily responsible for crew management, routine maintenance for deck equipment, supervision of cargo loading, oversight of scheduled maintenance as well as coordination for port state control inspections.

In 2010, he joined Det Norske Veritas and Germanischer Lloyd (“DNVGL”) Malaysia (now known as Det Norske Veritas (“DNV”) Malaysia) as a Senior Marine Assurance Surveyor, where he was primarily involved in marine spread inspections. In 2016, he joined Global Maritime Malaysia as the Marine Manager as well as a Health, Safety and Environment (“HSE”) representative, leading both his managerial responsibilities and HSE initiatives, such as the implementation of HSE management systems, staff training, as well as incident investigations and analysis.

In 2017, Captain Leong joined ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Malaysia Inc (“EMEPMI”) as a Marine Captain on selected projects. In the subsequent year, he served as a Marine Advisor in EMEPMI where he was responsible for marine quality assurance and day-to-day operations of chartered vessels engaged in wellwork and drilling projects. In 2025, he joined our Group in his current position.

Mohd Hanafiah Bin AliSenior Operations Superintendent

Encik Mohd Hanafiah Bin Ali was appointed as our Senior Operations Superintendent on 1 January 2025, where he is responsible for overseeing the technical operations of our Group’s vessels as well as third-party vessels which includes vessel inspections, onboard assessments, and compliance with client and statutory requirements.

He obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2007 and subsequently graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical – Marine Technology) in 2010.

Encik Mohd Hanafiah began his career in 2010 as a Technical Executive with E.A. Technique (M) Sdn. Bhd. (now known as Avangaad Berhad). In 2014, he joined Shapadu Marine Sdn. Bhd. as a Technical Superintendent where he managed day-to-day vessel operations and ensured compliance with applicable industry standards, international rules, regulations and conventions.

In 2018, he left Shapadu Marine Sdn. Bhd. and joined our Group as Technical Superintendent. After completing his Designated Person Ashore (“DPA”) training in the same year, he was appointed as DPA and served in this role from 2020 to 2024, where he played a critical role in ensuring the safe operation of all vessels within our Group. He was later promoted as Operations Superintendent in 2022 and to his current position in 2025.

Abdul Basit Bin IsaSenior Operations Superintendent

Encik Abdul Basit Bin Isa was appointed as our Senior Operations Superintendent on 1 January 2025. He is responsible for overseeing the technical operations of our Group’s vessels as well as third-party vessels, which include maintenance and repair works, inspections, onboard assessment and class surveys.

He obtained a Diploma in Marketing from University Darul Iman Malaysia in 2008.

Upon his graduation, Encik Abdul Basit began his career as an Operation Executive at Auji Niaga Sdn. Bhd. from 2008 to 2009. He subsequently held the same role at PJZ Marine Sdn. Bhd. from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, he joined Malaysian Engineering & Oilfield Services Sdn. Bhd. as an Operation Executive and remained in this position until 2015.

In 2015, he joined Permata Trans Offshore Sdn. Bhd. as a Senior Operation Executive cum DPA. In 2022, he left and joined G2 Synergy Engineering Sdn. Bhd. as an Operations and Logistics Coordinator. Later in the same year, he left and joined our Group as an Operations Superintendent, and was subsequently promoted to his current position in 2025.

Reza AchmadTechnical Superintendent

Encik Reza Achmad is our Technical Superintendent, primarily responsible for overseeing the engine department onboard our Group’s vessels and ensuring their seaworthiness. He was appointed to his current position on 2 December 2024. His duties include maintaining and ensuring the safe operation of all machinery and equipment, as well as compliance with maritime safety and regulatory requirements.

He obtained his Diploma in Marine Engineering from Malaysia Maritime Academy in 2013 and subsequently obtained his Certificate of Competency as Chief Engineer of 3,000kW or more Unlimited Trade Voyage issued by the Marine Department Malaysia in 2016. He also holds a DP Vessel Maintainer Certification issued by the Nautical Institute, United Kingdom.

In 2014, he began his career serving as a Marine Fourth Engineer and Third Engineer on tanker vessels. From 2017 onwards, he served as a Second Engineer on various vessels operated by different companies before being promoted to Chief Engineer in 2020, a position he held until 2024. He subsequently joined our Group in his current position in 2024.
