- Senior Vice President (Shipbuilding and Client Coverage), Keyfield Offshore (2014 – 2018)

- Assumed his present position as Keyfield Group’s COO (since 2018). As our Group COO, he is well versed with the technical and operational requirements as well as market development of accommodation vessels in the Malaysian oil and gas industry. He is our Group’s key liaison with oil and gas contractors, PCSB and PACs as well as marine authorities.

• Eugene Kang Hong Ngee, a Malaysian, aged 53, is our Group CFO. He is mainly responsible for the finance, human resources, and administrative matters of our Group.

• He obtained his ACCA Qualification in September 1995, was admitted as an Associate in October 1998, and became a Fellow in October 2003. He has been a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants since May 2000.

• He began his career as an Audit Assistant at Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), Malaysia, in September 1995 and became an Assistant Manager in January 2000.

• In August 2000, he joined Amanah Merchant Bank Berhad (now Alliance Investment Bank Berhad) as an Assistant Manager in the corporate finance department.

• He then moved to HwangDBS Securities Berhad (now Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad) in July 2003 as a Manager in the corporate finance department, where he worked on IPOs, equity fundraising, debt restructurings, and M&A projects.

• In August 2007, he joined BH Realty Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Asian Pac Holdings Berhad, as Deputy General Manager, Corporate Planning, and served until May 2008.

• From May 2008 to March 2018, he served as Director and CFO at Rubberflex Sdn Bhd, managing finance, accounting, taxation, and corporate matters. He was also a Director of Rubberflex Reenergy Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary focused on wastewater treatment and renewable energy, from August 2010 to March 2018.

• In May 2018, he joined S&P International Holding Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, as CFO, overseeing corporate and financial matters until September 2020.

• He joined our Group and assumed his current position as our Group CFO since October 2020.

• Cheah Eng Eng, a Malaysian aged 53, is our Executive Vice President, Fleet Management, responsible for overseeing daily vessel operations, including fleet management, crewing, and catering.

• He obtained his Advanced Diploma in Maritime Transportation from Singapore Polytechnic in May 1997 and a Certificate of Competency Class 1 (Master Mariner) in July 1999, issued by the Maritime and Port Authority, Singapore.

• He began his career in June 1990 as a mariner under the sponsorship program with Neptune Orient Lines/Neptune Shipmanagement Services Pte Ltd, Singapore, and served until January 2000.

• From March 2000 to September 2000, he worked as a Lecturer in the Post Sea Nautical Department at the Malaysia Maritime Academy, teaching classes ranging from pre-sea to Class 1 master’s students.

• In September 2000, he joined Matthews-Daniel International (M) Sdn Bhd as a Marine Surveyor and was promoted to Marine Manager in May 2003. He was mainly responsible for marine and cargo surveys, marine insurance investigations, and Marine Warranty Survey services for Oil and Gas projects in Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.

• In May 2007, he joined Germanischer Lloyd GLM Sdn Bhd as Department Head – Marine Warranty Survey Services (Oil & Gas), managing offshore-related projects such as vessel suitability surveys, barge moves, attending to offshore and approval for critical activities such as pipe laying offshore structures installation, subsea tie-ins, and more in the South East Asia region.

• In October 2008, he joined EP Engineering Sdn Bhd as General Manager - Offshore Marine Support Services, while also serving as Operations Manager for its Indonesian branch. He oversaw marine project tenders, vessel chartering, and day-to-day branch operations.

• In May 2012, he joined Carigali Hess Operating Company Sdn Bhd as Company Site Representative (Transportation and Installation) cum Offshore Installation Coordinator, leading a team on offshore transportation and installation projects until April 2014.

• From May 2014 to May 2022, he worked with Murphy Sarawak Oil Company and later PTTEP Sarawak Oil Limited as Marine Specialist/Site Representative, managing marine logistics, vessel operations, and offshore project requirements.

• In June 2022, he joined Keyfield Group as Senior Vice President, Fleet Management and later promoted to his current position as Executive Vice President (EVP), Fleet Management.

• Lim Kim Lee, a Malaysian, aged 47, is our Chief Compliance and Costing Officer, responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Group’s enterprise-wide risk management framework, sustainability agenda and cost optimisation initiatives.

• She obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Otago, New Zealand in 1999

• She is a chartered accountant and member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) since 2007 and a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) since 2005.

• She began her career as an Account/Audit assistant from 2000 to 2003 with private entities.

• In 2003, she joined Hextar Retail Berhad (formerly known as Classic Scenic Berhad) as a finance officer, steadily advancing to the role of Chief Financial Officer in 2016. In this capacity, she managed the overall financial and accounting functions, corporate exercises, governance, sustainability, risk management and internal control systems.

• She last held the position of Executive Director cum Chief Financial Officer at Hextar Retail Berhad.

• In August 2024, she joined Keyfield Group as Senior Vice President, Cost Control and Risk Management and was promoted to Chief Compliance and Costing officer in January 2025.

• Mohd Eirwady Bin Daud, a Malaysian, aged 48, is our Senior Vice President, Fleet Maintenance, responsible for the technical management of our fleet, including but not limited to overseeing the maintenance and repair, survey schedules, vessels inspections and dry-docking of our vessels.

• He obtained his Diploma in Marine Engineering from Malaysia Maritime Academy in 1999 and subsequently obtained his Certificate of Competency issued by Marine Department Malaysia, allowing him to serve in the capacities of a Marine Engineer in 2000.

• He began his career in 1999 as an engine cadet onboard one of Malaysia International Shipping Corporation Berhad (now known as MISC Berhad)’s container ship and later served as an engineer onboard various vessels owned by various shipping companies.

• In 2004, he joined GRM Mal-Sin Shipping Sdn Bhd as a Technical Superintendent and left in the same year to resume his role as a second engineer serving onboard various vessels between the years of 2005 and 2009.

• In 2009, he joined Efogen Marine Sdn Bhd as a Marine Technical Superintendent and thereafter, Senada Sdn Bhd as a Senior Marine & Technical Superintendent in 2010.

• In 2010, he transferred to Malaysian Engineering & Oilfield Services Sdn Bhd, the parent company of Midas Senada Sdn Bhd, as a Technical Manager/ Assistant Marine Operation Manager and left in 2013 to join Kelisamas Offshore (M) Sdn Bhd as a Technical Manager, where he resigned in the same year to resume working onboard various vessels in the capacity of a second engineer or chief engineer.

• In 2016, he joined Permata Trans Offshore Sdn Bhd in 2016 where he regularly served onboard their vessel as a chief/second engineer and was later promoted to Technical Superintendent & Company Security Officer in 2019.

• In June 2022, he joined Keyfield Group as Technical Superintendent and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Fleet Maintenance in July 2024.

• Mohd Hanafiah Bin Ali, a Malaysian aged 39, is our Senior Operations Superintendent, responsible for overseeing the technical operations of the Group's vessels and third-party vessels, including maintenance, repair, inspections, onboard assessments, and class surveys.

• He obtained his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in August 2007 and a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical – Marine Technology) in September 2010.

• He began his career in June 2010 as a Technical Executive at E.A. Technique (M) Sdn Bhd (now E.A. Technique (M) Berhad) and worked there until March 2014.

• In April 2014, he joined Shapadu Marine Sdn Bhd as a Technical Superintendent, managing day-to-day vessel operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards, international regulations, and conventions.

• He left Shapadu Marine Sdn Bhd in October 2018 and joined Keyfield Group in November 2018 as Technical Superintendent.

• In June 2022, he was promoted to Operations Superintendent and was later promoted to Senior Operations Superintendent in January 2025.

• Abdul Basit Bin Isa, a Malaysian, aged 38, is our Senior Operations Superintendent, responsible for overseeing the technical operations of our vessels and third-party vessels, which includes maintenance and repair, inspections, onboard assessment of vessels and class surveys.

• He obtained his Diploma in Marketing from University Darul Iman Malaysia in 2008.

• He began his career as an Operation Executive at Auji Niaga Sdn Bhd from 2008 to 2009 and thereafter resumed the same role in PJZ Marine Sdn Bhd from 2010 to 2011.

• In 2011, he joined Malaysian Engineering & Oilfield Services Sdn Bhd as an Operation Executive and remained in the role until 2015.

• In 2015, he joined Permata Trans Offshore Sdn Bhd as a Senior Operation Executive cum Designated Person Ashore (DPA) and remained in the role until 2022.

• In 2022, he joined G2 Synergy Engineering Sdn Bhd as an Operations and Logistics Coordinator.

• In 2022, he joined Keyfield Group as an Operations Superintendent and was promoted to current role in January 2025.

• Rifaie Bin Nasaruddin, a Malaysian, aged 47, is our Technical Superintendent (Dynamic Positioning (DP) and Electrical Specialist), responsible for overseeing the inspection of our vessels and third-party vessels, especially on the electrical and DP system and to provide technical support.

• He obtained his Diploma in Electric and Electronic Instrument and Control from Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Polytechnic in 2001.

• He started his career in 2002 as a Junior Electrical Engineer for various vessels until 2006 and thereafter transitioned into an Electrical Engineer/Roving Electrical Engineer onboard various vessels until 2013.

• In 2013, he joined Intra Oil Services Berhad (wholly-owned subsidiary of Perdana Petroleum Berhad) as a Senior Electrical Engineer.

• In January 2024, he joined Keyfield Group as a Technical Superintendent and was promoted to his current role in January 2025.
