The Board of Directors of Flexidynamic Holdings Berhad ("Flexidynamic") wishes to announce that Flexidynamic intends to seek the shareholders' approval for the proposed amendments to the Constitution of the Company ("Proposed Amendments") at the forthcoming Sixth Annual General Meeting.

The Proposed Amendments is to provide clarity and consistency with the Companies Act 2016.

The Annual Report 2024 containing details in relation to the Proposed Amendments will be issued in due course.
