PETRONAS Gas Berhad (“PGB”) wishes to announce that a fire incident occurred on 1st April 2025 at 0810hrs at the main PGB pipeline near Putra Heights, Puchong, Selangor.

The affected pipeline has been isolated and by 4.00 p.m. on the same day, the fire has been contained. All relevant stakeholders have been informed.

PGB is working closely with all relevant parties to ensure the safety of the surrounding community, environment and security of gas supply to the nation, which remain our utmost priority.

At this juncture, the financial and operational impact of this incident is still being assessed.

PGB will make subsequent announcement on the impact of the financial performance and operations of the Company.
