Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 16 August 2024, 28 November 2024, 23 December 2024 and 13 February 2025 respectively. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.

The details of the Case Management (“CM”) held on 26 March 2025 are as follows:

(1) During the CM, the Company placed a record that there will be additional documents to be filed, same applied to the other defendant.
(2) The next CM via ZOOM before the judge is fixed on 21 July 2025; and
(3) The trial dates remained unchanged.

We will make further announcement as and when deemed appropriate regarding any developments in this matter.
