We refer to our announcements dated 5 January 2024, 9 January 2024, 8 February 2024, 27 February 2024, 1 March 2024, 15 March 2024, 18 March 2024, 25 March 2024, 5 April 2024, 19 April 2024, 25 April 2024, 14 May 2024, 31 May 2024, 4 June 2024, 19 July 2024, 18 September 2024, 3 December 2024, 16 January 2025 and 20 February 2025 in respect of the above Suit. Unless otherwise defined, all definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in our said earlier announcements.

The Board of the Company wishes to inform that the application for Summary Judgment was heard on 20 March 2025 before the Hon. Judge Puan Zaharah Binti Hussain by way of physical hearing. Upon hearing the oral submissions by the counsel of both the Plaintiff and Defendant, the Court has fixed the matter for Decision on 29 April 2025 at 9.00 a.m., by way of Zoom.

The Company will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions by the Court.
