The Board of Directors of INFRAHARTA HOLDINGS BERHAD BERHAD ("the Company") has approved the change in the financial year end of the Company from 31 March to 30 June to strengthen the Company's operation or management and focus on the Company's business plan as a contributor to the Group's financial position. The next audited financial statements will be made up from 1 April 2024 to 30 June 2025 covering a period of 15 months.
