Further to our announcements made on 27 June 2023, 30 August 2023, 27 November 2023, 28 February 2024, 31 May 2024, 30 August 2024 and 28 November 2024 respectively pertaining to the Memorandum of Understanding entered into between Fabulous Sunview and Yayasan Hijau Malaysia to work together by combining their respective skills, knowledge and expertise in the field of green technology and environment, with the intent to jointly undertake a Campaign ("MOU"), the Board of Directors of Sunview wishes to inform that there is no material development to the MOU since the last announcement.

The Company will make the appropriate announcement on any new development to the MOU, if any.
