The Board of Directors of Panda is pleased to announce the proposed declaration and payment of a final single-tier dividend of 0.25 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2024, which is subject to the approval of the shareholders of Panda at the forthcoming Third Annual General Meeting. The date of entitlement and date of payment in respect of the aforesaid dividend will be announced in due course.
