The Board of Directors of Sunview is pleased to announce that Fabulous Sunview Sdn. Bhd. (“Fabulous Sunview”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 20 February 2025 entered into an Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning Contract (“EPCC Contract”) with Quantum Sustainable Energy Sdn. Bhd. for the design, engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and all necessary labour, services, equipment, and materials to be provided by Fabulous Sunview for the 10.58MWp solar supply in relation to solar photovoltaic facility which will be executed in two phases, with Phase 1 encompassing a capacity of 9.36MWp and Phase 2 encompassing a capacity of 1.22MWp, installed on the rooftop and parking facilities at University Malaysia Sabah at Jalan UMS, 88400 Kota Kinabulu, Sabah, Malaysia. Please refer to the attachment for further details of the EPCC Contract.

Remarks: 

The following amendment was made on the Page 1, Section 2.2, second paragraph - to correct the principal activity of Quantum Sustainable Energy Sdn. Bhd. where the principal activity is operation of generation facilities that produce electric energy.
