Mr. Oon Jin Hsiong ("Mr. Oon") joined Hong Leong Bank Berhad in 1998, where he gained extensive exposure to corporate banking, trade finance, foreign exchange, and SME financing. In 2002, Mr. Oon transitioned to Shin Her Loong Industry Sdn. Bhd., a diversified group of companies involved in oil palm plantations, metal fabrication, furniture manufacturing, and property development. Over the past 22 years, he has climbed the ranks to become the Group Finance Director, responsible for overseeing the financial strategies of a company with a turnover exceeding RM50 million annually. His deep understanding of corporate operations, tax planning, and strategic decision-making has helped guide the company through various phases of growth and market shifts.
