On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Private Placement is deemed completed on 23 January 2025 (i.e., the date for the implementation of the Private Placement from the date of approval from Bursa Securities on 12 July 2024).

For information, the Company had placed out a total of 34,423,000 Placement Shares in two tranches, raising a total gross proceeds of RM4,360,057.50 under the Private Placement.
