Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 16 August 2024 and 28 November 2024 respectively. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the case management was held on 23 December 2024. The Court has scheduled the next Pre-Trial case management on 13 February 2025, at the request of the Plaintiff for an extension of time to finalise the Pre-Trial Documents. We will make further announcement as and when deemed appropriate regarding any developments in this matter.
