The Board of Directors of Sunview is pleased to announce that Fabulous Sunview Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 10 December 2024 entered into two (2) Contract Agreements for the design, procurement, erection, connection, commissioning and testing as well as supply of equipment for the construction of a ground mounted photovoltaic solar generation facility with an installed capacity of 40MWp at Kedah, Malaysia for each site:

1. Contract Agreement with Dayasinar Energy Sdn. Bhd. (“Contract Agreement 1”); and

2. Contract Agreement with Solarscape Energy Sdn. Bhd. (“Contract Agreement 2”).

The Contract Agreement 1 and Contract Agreement 2 are collectively referred to as the “Contract Agreements”.
